Suddenly, an unknown virus spreads across the world, transforming people into monsters called “mutants” who begin attacking humans. Hayato, who had been living a peaceful life, witnesses his mother being devoured by a monster before his very eyes. In his deep despair, he himself awakens as a mutant. However, despite his awakening, he retains his sense of self. Years later, Hayato joins the police’s security department to avenge his mother’s death.
