very mid.
they tried the secretly good parents/family thing on villainess manhwa, but it did not mesh well with munchkin since everything is ignored for the easy power ups, also you would expect it to go well with politics but again its munchkin so politics is also ignored for the power ups.
then you go ‘it’s a power fantasy so the munchkin part should be good’ but the MC’s easy power ups are hindered by the bad side characters so the dopamine hit from seing MC dunk on everyone kinda sucks too..
it gets a bit better after the first arc but not by that much.
