Because it evolves to the 1 in a million platinum class
Because it's the class he's most familiar with. Those "op skills" like flash blink and parry he performs can only be performed bc it's exactly that class. If he chose a celestial class then he'd not only have to relearn those skills from the ground up, his overall combat power would be lessened since most, if not all, of his previous combat experience would be useless. Prior habits as a warrior could also be detrimental and nerf him.
It's like someone who fights using shield and mace switching to two handed sword. Or even a bow to a shield. Specific analogy would depend on the celestial class, but that should be enough to drive the point home.
