what a contradiction, duration is infinite yet psionic power determines how long you can use it. what bullshit is this and then the cooldown is 12 hours so that means it cant be infinite seeing as when you release it you cant use it again immediately.
I believe it meant it lasts forever as long as you have psionic power, but although it can last indefinitely it still has a cooldown time after release. Duration and cooldown aren’t the same thing. Like in the game free fire, an active ability has a certain duration period (a scanner roughly having a duration of 6 seconds), with the cooldown period being different (same example, but the cooldown after scanning being 30 seconds).
