"Transcendental being" huh? That means the vice president is a constellation? Or at least someone that has reached the end of the tower? Or do people that accept the contract of a constellation become transcendent eventually? It was said that constellations are transcendent beings, but that doesn't mean that ALL are constellations.
More like teachers are in a subordinate position of head of departments similarly they would be constellations but working under constellation. I guess. Or the contract just expires after reaching the top and becoming constellation and guide constellation get a reward from or the tower or smth
They said nobody's reached the end of the tower, IIRC.
I think it's unlikely that the VP is a Constellation themselves, considering they have a stable physical form, but more likely close enough to an "apostle" of one of them.
The President/Principal, however, almost definitely seems like a Constellation.
