    The terminology is all over the place. It should be:
    Element: Nucleo, Stellar, Cloud, Lightning, and Flora
    Class: Warrior, Assassin, Summoner, Mage etc.
    Grade: Gold, Red, Blue, Green and more
    Rank (not class) and Level: E (1-10) —> D (11-20) —> C (21-30) —> B (31-40) —> A (41-50) —> S (51-60) etc.

    Okay so the class tier (Green, Red, Blue, etc) doesn't really matter later on cause the multiplication factor increase by the same amount for each tier for each advancement.
