Kai Hayami is a hyper-logical corporate salaryman obsessed with maximum efficiency. Despising the messy, inefficient real world where his rigid nature constantly causes friction, Kai escapes into speedrunning the popular action RPG Love & Fantasy (aka LoveFan). In the game, everything is perfectly predictable: the heroine is submissive, and every route can be optimized down to the second. To Kai, LoveFan is the ultimate utopia.

His life takes a sudden turn when he gets hit by a truck on his way home—only to awaken right inside the digital world of LoveFan.

Eager to execute the ultimate speedrun, Kai immediately puts his deep game knowledge to the test. But his plan falls apart instantly: his memorized speedrun shortcuts don’t work, basic command inputs fail, and the submissive heroine he relied on has glitched into an unhinged, brute-force musclehead who completely ignores his commands. Trapped in a broken, heavily bugged game world where efficiency is dead, can this stubborn speedrunner adapt his strategies and force his way to the end credits?
