You gotta understand what Adventurer Guild is, you are free to choose whatever quest you take to get money a GUILD is a group of people of the same affiliation, an Adventurers Guild has different kinds of GUILDS in it so you can either choose to be in one, go solo OR make your own GUILD
The Adventure Guild is something which the Government created to control the population sizes around the continent. If a place has too many people, they give difficult tasks to bad adventurers which makes them die, otherwise they set easy difficulties to keep them alive.
