          I mean, she's a fool, but she's not a bad person.
          When have you not had a foolish, naive time in your life?
          She stood against him once she woke up to his atrocity. I'd argue that's a pretty good point in her favour.
          Maybe not enough to be mentally or emotionally deserving of our MC, but still, not worthy of disgust, IMO.
