    dude... all the way up to this point it's been established that the 4th advancement is considered a "recognized really strong person". that the typical "better than average strength" is lvl 30-60 or so even for working adults... so WHY would lvl 60 3rd advancement students be considered "noobies"? I know the author has to power scale because he's let the MC get too stupidly powerful but this means that the average person in Japa-- I mean Sakura Nation would just destroy the Dragon Academy... Like Qui's dad is just lvl 58 or something and her butler guy was less than lvl 30 I think...
