    This cooldown stuff is the most inconsistent thing ever. It's weird that he was able to go in the dungeon for the last boss during the break incident, but it wasn't weird that Rei was there who also under the same cooldown? Now it looks like cooldown isn't per dungeon, but global. That makes no sense. He has broken that rule many times already by visiting multiple dungeons in a week without using teleport.

      You are getting confused, the cool down only counts when you defeat the boss so most people probably just clear mobs, gain levels, and only beat the boss if it drops a special item that's worth the cool down. So it's not weird to be in dungeons all day everyday as long as you don't clear it. Rei didn't kill the boss he did alone so her party counts as having failed the dungeon.
