once again those around him, don’t look at facts. that he’s stronger than his job title. that his talent far exceeds where it should be. and you leading me to believe these teachers and elders are suppose to be stronger than the mc rn, even though they seem like like they have no talent, but have awaken a somewhat useful job. but other than that they are useless.
From what I’ve inferred till now, the setting in the comic is such that if someone does not use special skills, then no matter what profession, it will depend on the level. And the mc is highest level that is dingteng 3, so he is currently the strongest. The level of jobs just provide you better skills. And life professions are easy to level up at the start compared to combat but they have much lower ceiling, so the teachers and others think that mc is just a shooting star who will reach his limits soon.
So mc is unconventional but they are just justifying it with such reasons for now, so none of them are taking him srsly.
