whoa, it’s incredibly hilarious to see mc thinking that he will change anything by spreading tunning, i mean between the guys who all seem to be animal level of intelligence who would never be able to use tunning properly based on how dumb they are, i mean mistreating people at that level… just remember knife exist in the world, skill or not, if you push them too far well, anyway there’s that and just in general they are so idiotic not even checking their own skill range ect… so cant expect them to use their skill well with or without tunning and on top of that the stats of skill themself arent fair, in the end skill with higher stat will still be better then other so a class will still exist, like the ice bullet, mc needed to use full power of his to overpower it, now imagine if she was able to tune her skill, mc wouldnt have been able to do anything against a ice bullet that have just enought power to beat his max output but keeping enought speed and range to make him unable to dodge so in the end the skill hierachy would still exist
