The reason ludwig has the rainbow aura is cause she joined the raindow kingdom. Im guessing the reason they 6 kings dont have the aura is because I think the authors wanted to show that they are separate entities. Even Saya and Sayaka both show the rainbow aura when using powers sometimes.
