The Curse, that already existed on her heart? I guess, the transformation curse.
Though, I hope, that she remains a woman. Too much effort, recognition and energy she invested as a woman to make it go waste by returning to her past self.

No, it’s demon king curse. In previous chapters she got that curse to make sure heroes party got away from demon king. Unfortunately those heroes not worth of it.
To be specific she was damaged by the demon king to which she sacrificed her lifespan to escape, after which she fought the succubus queen who unleashed the curse upon her, using the demon king’s power, marking her heart and changing her gender.
The curse is the one they talk about in ch2. Raniel/Rania sacrificed half their remaining lifespan to give the heroes party time to flee from the demon king. It’s still slowly killing them, its completely different than the transformation curse. Rania has a VERY short lifespan at this point.
