Also how can you write a story where literally every character can only think in one dimension. Even the MC who should know better didn't mention having to beat the phoenix girl even once. The result of their fight wasn't shown either, so it's obvious she's still around. On top of that, phoenixes are literally known entirely for self healing and revival.
None of the "villain" characters have any contingency plans for if something goes wrong. No one in the academy considers what might happen if they get caught or if the people they assumed were cheating actually weren't. Not a single character, from child to adult, can think beyond surface stimulus. It's all so dull.
When there's no depth to the storytelling it becomes incredibly tedious to continue reading.
