Another overpowered useless unconfident MC who doubts himself because he got rejected by some people he placed his trust in them. This becoming a norm with authors this days by having some Love Deprived MCs… Whom run around trying to seek attention, affection everywhere getting belittled and becoming useless. Good Manga but it starting is bit disappointing
Well, he got his just desserts in the end. But still, it wasn’t by his own hand, but some BS idealism of “Keep proving yourself and be righteous until the end, and everything will work out well for you”.
He’s just lucky he had connections to cover his butt.
It would’ve been far better if he had proved the corrupt bald guy was the one casting the spell and got him arrested for attempted murder of a court mage.
