How convenient that he was in need of surplus mana, and his own home came to answer the call. I mean, it makes sense to a point, his world was destroyed and now “memories” of the world he knew seems to cross dimensions and seek him out. I would presume that’s what rifts are. I was just thinking he might just go to a rift zone to use the rampant mana, but it seems one he was even familiar with sought him out instead. I wonder if there are any survivors for him to bring home, or since it’s from the past, they can’t leave the “memory”.
