  1. Meh

What is the author doing? Why are they making all these issues of power and training usless? Why is the main character gone through so much, emotional and mental experiences, just to be weak again, and act like a naive inexperienced child? Was the whole training and being logical just getting tossed aside again? Seriously, I'm losing faith in the series.

Well, a year-late reply, but it's for anyone who might be coming here anyway.

Main character in isekai goes by arhcetype Mary of Marty Sue, this min - her (or in rare cases - she) is unbeatable, unkillable and so on, which is the problem.

You see, one of the ways to write a scenario - is a conflict. Good vs evil, mages vs templars, Council vs Reapers, Jedi vs Sith and so on. To highlight conflict, there is a thing called "drama" - representation of a story through conflict, tension, and action. As you can probably guess, there are not many ways to set up a challenge to unbeatable character - and in this particular case it is dont through setting up "psychological " problems.

Thing is, looks like creators of this series never experienced problems of a kind they throw at main character, so they define how Arthur and other feels by analysing their archetypes, which leads to...Well, to what you can see. Described people thing unrealistic thoughts. come to unusual or blatantly silly, stupid or dumb conclusions and make decisions with the same descriptopm - like betraying party and so on.

To top it all, in this series conflict expanding heavilly. First - it's MC against bandits/slavers. Then - against monster. THEN - against forced and stupid self-imposed restrictions, like not using magic, not using elemental types, setting up conflict against kingdom's...Top-management, then - students cultists, then - vritra vs asura...

It's too forced, like creators invented half of this stuff on the fly. So...Yeah.
