I think loss of lifespan at 2X speed aint that bad if the progress you make in that time makes up for it, like say i train for building muscles for 1 hour at 1x efficiency and then loose 1 hour lifespan but i couldnt train perfectly as mental fatigue and bodily stress made me stop, so instead trained for 1 hour with 2x or higher efficiency and lost only 2 hours… Like skill is ABSOLUTE OP as long as you mannage to make it so cost in lifespan is cheaper to spend 2x time than 1x time for same result…
