Honestly, i like it.
That was fast transformation i was hoping for evolution route not straight up humanoid form or atleast transformation but with some restrictions or takes time to fully achieve full transformation

Agreed, I was hoping for the same. I was also hoping that once they acquired humanoid forms, they’d still retain some mushroom aspect, such as keeping their mushroom caps. Cuz truthfully, to me, I get more vampire vibes from the pale-ish skin, slightly pointed ears and red and black colourings.
