At start he just killed evil people on the spot and I thought ‘Nice! Finally a MC that is no naive idiot who let evil people escape.’
Now we all know he is an idiot like the most MCs. Some people deserve to die, because of their own choices and actions. Additionally they will do evil things in the future as well. If you let them go you are automatically responsible for everything they will do in the future. You even lose the right to be angry about what will happen. You can just hate yourself.
