Well you probably already read the next chapters and understand, but just to explain; Seoseong’s CEO, the VP’s father is about to expire, creating a succession dispute. Eunsung motors (EM) is using few corporations that also linked to SK president to take over Seoseong’s subsidiary called Seoseong SB. They use a succession dispute where the VP is about to be forced to sell his ownership of Seoseong SB, where if he sell it, it will make him lose the succession dispute. That’s why the VP is asking the MC to became a white knight for him.
