I was trying to ignore the plot holes, but it’s difficult. The bullies apparently have Alzheimer’s or something and completely forgot that they got beaten up while trying to abuse a woman. The guy follows the protagonist everywhere for absolutely no reason, and the protagonist reveals himself to be some kind of Goku’s son, because no normal human can teleport like he did at the end of the chapter. I’ll try to give it a chance and read up to chapter 15, but my expectations are very low. The only good thing here is the art.
