what is this dogshit ch, when are we going to see the mc recover his magic etc. all that has happened is a recap and mc doing dogshit all and then you introduce a char distracting mc and us from him getting his revenge and planning his future. plz dont tell me that the mc gets picked up by another family, if he does im dropping this. what is the point of having the mc reincarnate and then have him be picked up again like in his previous life.

Saying “when are we…” after only two chapters is an insane level of impatience. Give it a dozen chapters or so first before you go questioning the pacing.
It’s obvious that he’s in no clear state to focus on retraining; he needs to settle his livelihood and his physical condition first. He’s figuring out where he’s at and what he wants to work towards first, which are critical things to understand where to go and what to do.
If he joins another family at this point, it’s not “being picked up” or leashing himself. He’s not that naive anymore. It’d be him using them to get himself to the state he needs.
Go read some manhua if you want absurdly fast-paced action with little-to-no world-building or explanation. Seems like it would fit your wafer-thin patience better.
