Log In to CommentMy objections to slavery tend to be more practical than ethical. We should be colonizing space after a Roman industrial revolution but free labor strangles most innovations in the crib.
I only support slavery if the people truly deserve it. I have several morals on my bottom line. They include Rape, Pedophilia, Human Trafficking, and Mind Control/Brainwashing/PUA.
So, if someone has not committed any of those and is still relatively "evil" and has done too many deeds that can't be forgiven, I'll enslave them to give them the opportunity at freedom.
But those who meet the criteria of my bottom line, sorry. Only death and Torture awaits.
Furthermore, sometimes slavery is a double-edged sword if it's not done properly. Creating pointless hate, giving people no way out.... It is a known fact, a cornered animal will be reckless and even endanger it's own life for a chance.
Humans are no different. That's why history is littered with Rebellions. There's a saying: Those with an Empty Stomach have NO loyalty.
To be honest, I have a soft spot with beastkin who are "human with animal ears/tails". Elves are the most common but for me, I prefer a cute bunny girl with their naive nature, or a charming cat girl with their curious nature.
Furthermore, I'm the type to utilize all assets. Beastkin are shown to specialize in stronger physiques. For example, bunny kin are exceptionally agile. They are good for scouting or work that requires the need to be quick. Then there's larger beastkin with their physiques good at "tanking hits".
Humans, from the dawn of time that they have been conceived, are born with Wisdom. But we're also born with greed.
I admit I am greedy, but I am not greedy for power, or beauty. While I admit I admire great beauty....that doesn't just mean girls/women. Sunsets etc matter too. But.....to me, I just admire the familial aspect. Let's just say, I have a very, very bad familial experience. So I am always jealous of those with a happy feeling, a good childhood, etc.
But that's just me.
