I guess the good news is she's actually dead dead. Since her memories and personality are gone that means it's just a completely new being, an undead puppet wearing her skin as a suit.
Without her personality or memories it's not her at all, she's just completely gone and while it's sad at least she doesn't have to experience the torture of completely losing her autonomy.

the author really killed her off? thats such bs. i like the look and powers, though her stop power was cool, but killing off her old personality and memories was absolutely a stupid move and just completely unnecessary.
