The nine relics known as the Nine Stars.
The final relic was the heart of the Red Dragon, Valdrob.
“The servant of the Sword is coming to kill the Sword.”
For some reason, Valdrob willingly offered up his own heart without resistance.
“…What is this? Why does this feeling sting so much?”
Ah, I finally realized it.
Valdrob’s deep, long-held despair, one beyond anything I could ever compare to my own.
