So, his last summoner wasn’t korean? Since this korean tower hasn’t been cleared yet at all it seems. I am guessing this since it gave a system wide notification about floor 1 being cleared. That must mean over 20 years (unless towers slowly popped up around the world) korea has not cleared floor.
