He has not really prepared anything that would be necessary to survive this. I also seriously question the merit of building a safehouse as an apartment. It probably wouldn't have even entered the planning stage after 1 month, let alone be complete, and it still wouldn't be safe. They can't rebuild the foundation of the apartment... a bunker would be 1000x better.
