There are a lot of philosophical people around: from Aristotle, Plato, some other Greek, Rousseau, Descartes (I think therefore I am), some Russian philosophers, Italian, Sun Tzu (that Chinese meme about art of war), Filipino (Jose Rizal), etch.
As for dishes, there are different types from different cultures. You just have to find the taste that fits you. I’ve tried Indian creamy chicken masala, Thai curry, Vietnamese pho, Japanese ramen, Korean bulgogi, Filipino spaghetti, American BBQ ribs, British fish and chips, African foofoo.. etch. Those are all foods I like lol.
